Gym Experience
So there was no PT this morning. Not back in there for that til Friday. So this morning I got up at the same time and went down to the gym and did half an hour of cardio. My legs and chest and tris are so bloody sore from the last two PT sessions but I wanted to get more exercise. So cardio it was. I did 20minutes on the stepper at a decent level and then 10minutes on the bike, again at a decent level. I have to say getting up early and working out has me more awake and clear thinking at work than ever before... which is actually pretty important in my line of work. Until this week I rolled into work at 9am, went down the canteen for coffee and then started actually working at about 10am as the caffeine woke me up. Well the last two mornings the coffee has had my off my tits by the time I've finished it. LOL. Perhaps it is because my blood is already pumping?
Speaking of blood pumping....

PT Session No.70 & 71
Back into the PT in full swing now. Yesterday and this morning I bounded out of bed at six and got to the gym by 6.45am for PT with Sophie.
Yesterday I did chest and today I did legs. My weights are well down but it shouldn't take too long to rebound. I just need to get the muscles used to the effort again. Soph says the muscle is still there so it should come back quickly.

Soooo out of condition
Tonight I walked the dog. Well, not just walked, I kind of took her for a run. Wow... Jack Russell's have BOUNDLESS energy! LOL. I'm exhausted!
Definitely out of condition. It will be good to get back to the gym and start working on that!
Because frankly, I want to look as hot as this when I'm shagged.

Back into the PT

Ok, it's been a bit difficult getting motivated without the PT element of my gym-going... but we're back on track. Have arranged PT with my old trainer's (you remember Paris) girlfriend. My work means I now have to do this is the mornings, rather than the evenings... which is not my favourite time to train. But I start work at 9am and finish usually between 6pm and 7pm... sometimes 8pm. So mornings really are when training needs to happen. I have to get back on the horse boys. Lets do this thing!

My confession
Okay, so here's the deal. When I embarked on my six month PT rich mission, I had a bit of money behind me saved up to do it. Now I am poor. I've renovated a flat since last we spoke and believe me, it has cleaned me out! So I'm going to have to do this thing sans PT this time. Although the good news is, I know how to train these days and what to eat and so on. I've actually been inspired by my boy this time, who is hale, hearty and getting quite buff now through regular gymming it.
Not looking to bust my balls here, just want that hot natural look. Like these boys.

Take Two

Hey guys... I doubt anyone ever stumbles by here any more as I had the blog on private for four months or so, but I'm going to start this blog back up again in a bid to get myself back to the gym in a committed way.
Here are some pics I took the other day. As you can see I've come off condition a little. I'm looking lean rather than bulked (comparatively), but I reckon I'm looking ok. Time to get back on the horse though... what do you reckon?

Okay guys, this is goodbye

Hey boys, I have some bad news. This is the end of the road.
I was going to keep going until Christmas eve, as you may recall. But with my boy getting really very sick last week I've been worried about him and It's kind of thrown everything out the window again. I don't see much point of trying to meet goals I'm totally not realistically now going to be able to meet.
I'll do it in my own time, over the coming month or two.
Either way, this blog has served its purpose in life. I have achieved my fitness goals, by and large. I'm comfortable enough to be seen with my shirt off in public. Although that said, a tan wouldn't hurt.
It has truly, truly been an amazing journey for me. I've made friends from this blog. Real friends. I'm honoured to have inspired some people. If you're one of those boys, then keep it. Work hard to slim down or beef up. The rewards are worth it. Do it healthily, do it safely, do it for yourself... and not for anyone else.
Thank to everyone who sent emails, I appreciate them greatly.
And for those of you who just stopped by for the pretty pics... well I can't blame you, they inspired me, too. But this was always more than a pic blog for me and while it has been an honour to help you get off, well, I can't just run that kind of blog without the personal aspect.
So as a last reminder... here is where we started in May.

Pause area
Triage area. What the fuck even is one of those? Anyway, the emergency department had one. Spent a lot of the last two days at hospital with my boy... who's been very suddenly in a bit of a state healthwise. Haven't been to the gym this week as a result. SHould have been losing weight with worry but have also been eating fastfood when I have been eating. LOL. This week has been a waste, PT-wise. But here are more hot boys...
